Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to process a return or refund request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is defective

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email with further instructions.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company
  • Next contact your bank as processing times may vary

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact our support team before returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
