Return Period
PetsLeash offers a 30-day return window starting from the confirmed delivery date.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and included contents
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Items marked as final sale
- Used, damaged, washed, or altered products after delivery
Return Requirements
Proof of purchase is required, such as your order number or receipt.
Please do not return products to the manufacturer.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

PetsLeash is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Order Cancellation

Once packaging or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
